He was reportedly having problems in the classroom. He was told some time ago that if it didn't clear up, he may not qualify. His grades have not improved and he was told Wednesday night that he may not be able to sign in February. The next day he committed to his home school, who has no coach or coaching staff.
OSU took his commitment as a TE but wanted to move him to OL, a move he did not want to make.
