Three players pulled over after shots were fired onto a street Security guard who was nearly hit by BBs identifies the vehicle as the one "fleeing the area" after she heard shots.
No charges filed.

Nov. 25, 2012
Police handcuff two players carrying a pistol. Football players Jameis Winston and Chris Casher said they were squirrel hunting with a pellet pistol.
No charges filed.

13 players involved in BB gun battle. Mr. Winston and Mr. Casher say these battles have been going on for a month and involve other members of the football team. More than $4,000 in damage is reported.

Winston accused of raping a student. Nearly a year later, local prosecutor decides there's not enough evidence to prosecute.

Police respond to domestic violence call 911 caller said a man was beating a woman while she was holding a baby. Officers report no evidence of injury. Officer notified his supervisor “due to the fact that it was an F.S.U. football player.”

Mr. Winston receives a civil citation and 20 hours community service.

Player stopped on stolen scooter. Police question Jesus Wilson, who says he borrowed the scooter from a student. Later, he admits to stealing the scooter. Lawyer often used by football players gets the charge reduced to a misdemeanor.
Mr. Wilson is sentenced to 30 days on a sheriff's work detail and pays $1000 to the scooter's owner for damage done to it.

Update: James Spence Authentication has authenticated MORE THAN 900 Winston signatures, including more than 400 signed jersey #'s.



Jameis says "I just do it for a few kids sometimes!" Just so happens the kids have jersey numbers with 235 consecutive 6 digit authentication serial numbers

JSA authenticates items as it receives them and attaches the serial numbers in sequential order. JSA authenticated 432 signed jersey numbers with serial numbers J62424 through J62659 and serial numbers J72790 through J72992. JSA authenticated 116 16-by-20 photos (J70005 through J70121), 76 of the exact same Florida State logo footballs (J65886 through J65962), 72 white jerseys (J61437 through J61509) and 67 of the exact same signed mini helmets in order with serial numbers J66829 through J66896. The company also authenticated 53 jerseys in a row (J66947 through J67001), 38 11-by-14 photos (J66026 through J66064), 20 signed pylons (J70609 through J70628), 18 of the exact same footballs (J66919 through J66936) and 11 signed Rawlings baseballs (J66898 through J66911).

What is it with BB guns now? - NC State announced Monday that seven players have been suspended for its game against Louisville this weekend following a BB gun incident at an off-campus residence.

If you remember last year, braxton had the 2nd most autographs from the same dealer that Johnny football got in trouble with. There were a lot of other college players also....


Nothing happen to them, prob the same with Winston unless they have video or voice recording of him getting paid to do it.
