Justin Hilliard is 2015 Ohio LB, High 4*, #1MLB
Jashon Cornell is 2015 Minnesota DE, High 4*, #11DE/#8DE(Scout/Rivals)


They're both 5* on 24/7.

They said they would love to play with each other. And the top 2 schools? Ohio State and ND.


Two BIG time prospects. These are GUYS you want at the face of your class. Ohio State has a chance to add two tomorrow. We will see if it happens.

Hilliard is committing at 10AM. I don't know what time Cornell set his time at.


Larry Johnson did a lot of work with Cornell. But these two are most likely a package deal, and a big time deal at that!

Espn has Hilliard as the number 1 OLB

Rivals has him as the number 1 ILB



Everything I have read he is leaning strong towards the Buckeyes. Urban has recruited this kid hard.

this is a great day in recruiting. what a linebacker haul we have had the last few years.

now we just gotta hope we keep the transfers down and develop the talent. losing mitchell sucked, as did the recent DL transfer (forgot the name).

this coaching staff is stocking us up with some great talent.

the only area we are deficient is QB. we got some good kids coming in at the position but none of them are as buzzworthy as say braxton, pryor, or even tebow. the kids we picked up and have on the roster should be good enough to use their talent effectively.

Great day for the Buckeyes. After a great month of June, this is the best start you could have asked for in July.

To Ken: You're right, about the highly rated part on QB. Now, Meyer/Co are getting QB that performed well at camps. So that is always a good sign. Solid 4* commits for the most part. The Big name could be Danny Clark who is already committed. He was the freshman QB that committed to Ohio State this past year. But he is 4years away before he steps on campus.


And since Meyer got off to a great start, now time for Matta to follow! July 4th, Daniel Giddens is committing. He is a 4* Center prospect. 6-10, 7-2 wingspan, shot blocker, can play 4/5. Would be a great add to already very good class.

Oh and I think you're thinking of Marcus DE for the transfer. But I could be wrong. I lose count on transfer but losing him sucked since he was great in the Orange Bowl.

Why would a good QB ever want to play for Urban? Get murdered running the ball all the time, and have no shot at the pros due to running a bull sh!t offense.
