At least one signing
There were eight former Buckeyes who had tryouts with various teams over the weekend, and so far, the scorecard reads:
1 signing -- DT Nader Abdallah with Jacksonville
Back to Abdallah, he was pretty excited, his weekend went well and the Jaguars have some high-placed Ohio connections.
The new defensive coordinator is Mel Tucker, who was on the OSU coaching staff for Abdallah's first year in the program, 2004.
Also, Jags' general manager Gene Smith is an Ohio native -- Monroeville -- a Heidelberg (bachelors) and Ohio U (masters) graduate.

1 sounds promising -- RB Maurice Wells got a positive review on the Buffalo Bills' website, but no signing as of yet
6 no-decisions --
-- Cincinnati signed three players who tried out, but not QB Todd Boeckman, OL Steve Rehring or FB/LB Curtis Terry, so that's not a good omen for those guys, at least short term.
-- The Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions have not made any decisions yet on their tryout players, so FB/TE Brandon Smith (Bears) and OL Ben Person (Lions) are still in limbo.
--- TE Rory Nicol has not signed with Washington, but again, the Redskins have not announced any signings from the weekend, so who knows?
