OSU Assistants who might be on the move

Ash is in the mix for the Syracuse job.
Warriner really wants to be a HC somewhere and will probably find an opportunity somewhere.
Fickell is probably a Buckeye for life, but jobs in the MAC are open - Toledo and now BG if he wants to get real HC experience.
Beck is probably out the door to somewhere.

Losing Ash worries me a lot. Might have as big an impact on the D as losing Herman did on the O.

Luke Fickell can leave as well. He's not completely terrible...but we could probably use the upgrade.

Yep....he was a premium "get" for Urban. That D was floundering before him.

Unless someone can point out specifically how Fickel has been a bad coach for a defense that has been almost lights out this season, I am not going to chuck the dude under the bus.

Fickell is a fantastic recruiter and good linebacker coach. Him being in charge of the defense has me a bit concerned.
