Is that bad? In NC, you usually get a year.

Is that bad? In NC, you usually get a year.

The worst thing is the license suspension. No driving for 6 months is like 60 years to a 20 yr old kid!

slap on the wrist...if he was in Florida he'd be paying a higher fine, no more than $2K, depends on the county, alcohol school for 6 mos. I believe, AA meetings, jail time and a year suspension.

That's what I got although the fine was bigger I thought. And it's a 30 day sentence, 27 suspended but that comes back if you get caught again even in 20 years in Columbus.

Yes, your fine was probably larger, but, you also aren't the starting QB for the Ohio State University.
