New betting info on Pete Rose

New evidence shows that he bet on games when he played as well s when he managed. Is this the end of his latest attempt to get reinstated?

If true, he's done...which MLB thought he was guilty anyways. Tough timing as he was going to get the loudest applause at the AS Game, still might but with this hanging over it now.

Not sure how I feel about it, still one of the best hitters of all time...record for hits while being clean of any drugs and seemed like a decent guy when I spoke to him a few times.

Agreed, not sure how I feel about all of it.

Never did anything to gain a "competitive advantage", but betting on your OWN games then lying about it for decades...I just don't know.

As for Pete Rose, I tried to believe him for 15 years when he said he did not do it. However, the way he came out....he came off like an ass, and I do not believe for a second he is even the slightest bit sorry.
