That sucks but Dortmund is in the #2 hole right next to him and Bob Baffert will probably use him as a blocker to get Pharoah out in front of the pack on the shorter track. Pharaoh will have to go to the lead quickly to avoid getting boxed in at the rail. Only 8 horses are running in the Preakness, so I still think he will pull it out and he's still the pick of the litter in this year's crop of 3 yr olds.

Putting my money on Pharoah.

That was a mess...best ride I've seen in a while from Espinosa. If he didn't get AP in front early in that slop, Mr Z woulda won that thing.

Hopefully he stays healthy and can make a real run at it.

I MIGHT be remembering wrong, but the last few horses to have a chance at the Triple Crown ended up getting injured prior to the Belmont, right?
