Kam Chancellor - incredible athletic play

Watching Seattle v Carolina NFL playoff game.

Panthers have the ball with 4 seconds to go in the half kicking a short FG. Chancellor is something like 5-10 yards off the ball, timed it perfectly, jumped over the line like a hurdler (didn't land on anyone) and ended up right in front of the kicker. TWICE ON SUCCESSIVE ATTEMPTS.

I haven't seen anything like that ever before. Usually, if a guy leaps, he either boosts himself on someone's back or lands on someone and it's a penalty.

Very impressive.

The first one was nullified by a false start.

The second time, he ran into the kicker.

Honestly, I am amazed he did not block either kick.

The third time, he didn't try it and the Panthers kicker made the fg.

Will try to find video. I am sure it will be available.

He is a freak. With most of Seattle secondary.

Another good game. Carolina playing well, Newton doing a good job making enough plays to keep them in. Carolina needs to draft a couple more WR for him.


Norwell and Philly playing. Norwell doing well. Philly has 2 catches I believe, playing with a hurt shoulder.

no kidding. I could see it once, maybe, but twice in a row on successive plays is a head scratcher.

I used to be the same way until I moved out here. He reminds me of Urban. Couldn't stand him either until I learned more about him.

He's had a hell of a game. Seattle looks awfully hard to beat right now.

yeah, that dood jumping over the line, not once, but twice, was exceptional. How he figured out the snap count would be interesting to hear.

That is what we were all shaking our heads about as well....at least change the cadence by one count!
