Waterman is 4th player to commit to OSU for 2014 joining Kelsey and Chelsea Mitchell and Alexa Hart
He now has the #1 overall commit(Mitchell), #15 overall commit(Hart), and #43 overall commit(Waterman) of the 2014 class.
Some think this could give Ohio State the edge for #33 overall prospect Kathryn Westbeld, who is on the same AAU team as Waterman and they've been playing basketball together since they were little kids(Both from Ohio). That would give Ohio State 4 top 45 prospects in the 2014 class. I would say that is a pretty good class to start your career off.
Who said Meyer & Matta were the only two recruiters at Ohio State? I guess if you're a Head Coach at Ohio State and your last name starts with a M, you can recruit.
Really big thing that Ohio State was able to let go of Foster(who did a good job here but time was done) and end up with McGuff. He has hit some big HR so far.
One thing about WBB is players always stay 4 years. SO if you have a GREAT big recruiting class(like this one on paper), they can do some serious damage.
