Looks like it, Curtis Samuel is his name. Dude KILLED the camps this summer and Meyer wanted him bad from reports. Like Ohio State is holding a spot for him if he wanted to take his time.
He is a ATH from NY. Dude can ball. Ran a 4.36 40 at the Opening and had a great camp there. His competition in HS is weak so many people didn't know how to get a read on him, until he destroyed the Opening and also had great camps at Ohio state camps. His coach calls him a high character kid who any program would be lucky to have.
Samuel holds offers from some of the top collegiate football programs including Alabama, Miami (Fla.), Notre Dame, Ohio State, Florida, USC, Wisconsin and Nebraska.
