That would be very disappointing if it made it that far. What they have right now is a paid internship. They're being paid in the form of a free education. Would help if the coaches joined the fight. They have a ton of NCAA requirements on them as well and are definitely employees of the school.

I don't think there's anything that obligates an entity to pay someone who is an intern. In fact, in some industries, you additionally have to pay for the training.

Totally agree.

I am a rookie on the subject. Are the student athletes tagged as Interns or is this an argument. If an argument Im sher this will be part of the NCAA's defense. Issue is that not all football players get their tuition paid for correct ? but all are exposed to the " danger "
