If any of the rumors about the NCAA taking a long look at Alabama are true, they also might pull a complete surprise and land Saban. Maybe he'll pull a Pete Carroll move. He has ties in Cleveland.
Don't think he would have signed that extension if he was leaving.
Yeah, but who knows whether or not he has a clause in the contract about leaving for the NFL? He may not want to jump ship for another college program, but the NFL might be a different matter, especially if the NCAA is wandering around.

Tough games for Miami. JUST HAD TO BEAT BUFFALO OR NY JETS(at HOME). Just one of them. And they can do neither? Wow. That is bad. The OFF needs help. Another WR to go with Wallace/Hartline. A legit RB. And OL help.
The Giants and maybe Cowboys are the only two jobs I think Cowher would even consider. The Browns will never be a consideration as apparently needs to be reiterated on here after every Browns firing.
